KeKe was the best server!! Our group from out of town had a great time with the hospitality from the entire staff with KeKe at lead! Two thumbs up!!!
*Also the staff including the valet was very helpful with my handicap husband🥰
We ordered from the takeout menu. Both of our veggie omelette were cooked with meat. When we called down from our room to inform them, RUDE, Kaitlin answered. She stated that we would have to come down to pick new order. I asked could someone bring it up to our room (They have room service.) RUDE, Kaitlin informed me that they were short staffed and hung up.
It’s important to be professional and courteous to customers.
