Called ahead and placed a pick up order. Got an AI bot who couldn’t understand me. Transferred to someone who sounded like they were from Minnesota or the Philippines (you know you know that accent). Couldn’t understand them properly. Couldn’t pay at the store location upon pickup of the order. Phone ordering forces you to use the key pad. I should have just used the app but since I’m busy driving I thought I may get someone local and speak to a human I could understand....read full review

I visited for the first time on the 23rd, pretty late at night too might I add. Your crew was so friendly and helpful! It made my day! They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Exceptional customer service!!!!!!!!!!
