Dunkin' Donuts in Columbus

“I have been going to this Dunkin for years. It is the BEST Dunkin Donuts in Columbus. The employees are exceptionally nice, the food is always fresh, and my coffee has been consistent with every visit. They always get my order correct as well. I refuse to go to any other Dunkin in town! 5 stars!!!

Vegetarian options: I was plant-based for a while and frequented this Dunkin. The bagel bites, donuts, egg and cheese wraps and sandwiches, muffins, etc. are all vegetarian. Mocha swirl, hashbrowns, and bagels are vegan and they have milk alternatives.“

“Vegetarian options: Very peaceful place to go with your family kids they have outlets for you to plug in your devices phone laptop they provide Wi-Fi if you want to be able to go over your work or wherever it is you do on your device quiet place to work the employees are very polite and respectful

Parking: I didn't really see anything to do for handicapped but from my couple visits there's normally spots open to park

Kid-friendliness: It is definitely kid friendliness I had my daughter with me and things went smooth

Wheelchair accessibility: Just like any other place when it comes to the ramp for those in wheelchairs“

“The service here was sub-par and the few tables inside were mostly dirty. The person taking and making our order was very cold and then told us they didn't have an ice machine, as they were filling a cup with ice. So we then specifically asked for a cup of ice to go with the bottle of soda just purchased and were told we'd have to pay a dollar and some change more for it. what?? after spending $26+ at Dunkin Donuts, we can't get free ice? The food was exactly what I'd expect at Dunkin Donuts, and I have no complaints there, but I will try the drive thru instead next time.“
