I gave two stars because one of the workers was nice but the one speaking on the drive thru this morning, she was short with me and had no desire to assist. Simply lacking customer service. The macchiato was basically milk, little coffee and the donuts were not good. Even my favorite coffee roll was cold and stiff. Won’t visit this DD again.
This is not your average northern Dunkin’ Donuts , there is just no pride in servicing customers. Was in the drive thru for 30 minutes , 3 cars in front of me , besides chick filet , it’s par for the course for the south .

The service here was sub-par and the few tables inside were mostly dirty. The person taking and making our order was very cold and then told us they didn't have an ice machine, as they were filling a cup with ice. So we then specifically asked for a cup of ice to go with the bottle of soda just purchased and were told we'd have to pay a dollar and some change more for it. what?? after spending $26+ at Dunkin Donuts, we can't get free ice?
