The service here was sub-par and the few tables inside were mostly dirty. The person taking and making our order was very cold and then told us they didn't have an ice machine, as they were filling a cup with ice. So we then specifically asked for a cup of ice to go with the bottle of soda just purchased and were told we'd have to pay a dollar and some change more for it. what?? after spending $26+ at Dunkin Donuts, we can't get free ice? The food was exactly what I'd expect at Dunkin Donuts, and I have no complaints there, but I will try the drive thru instead next time.

I gave two stars because one of the workers was nice but the one speaking on the drive thru this morning, she was short with me and had no desire to assist. Simply lacking customer service. The macchiato was basically milk, little coffee and the donuts were not good. Even my favorite coffee roll was cold and stiff. Won’t visit this DD again.

If I could give 0 stars for the service, i would. We had been sitting there waiting for someone to take our order. No one never came, we understood a car was at the window, but when the car left the cashier stood there and never came and took our order, so we walked out. I wont ever come back here.

This is not your average northern Dunkin’ Donuts , there is just no pride in servicing customers. Was in the drive thru for 30 minutes , 3 cars in front of me , besides chick filet , it’s par for the course for the south .

Went there today 12/30/23 around 5PM and ordered a chicken bacon croissant, the chicken and the bacon were dry and greasy like it had been cooked for a while, the other two items were fine. Could you please don't let this happen again.
During my last several visits service, specifically wait time, has been unexceptable. On my last two visits it took over 20 minutes to get my order, which was coffee only and with only 3 cars ahead of me. I sat at the speaker for 12 minutes before my order was taken. I probably will not be visiting again any time soon especially since Tim Hortons and Starbucks within two blocks.
went in about 10am, the cashier took the order in front of us n needed multiple repeated directions on the drinks. Then told us to wait while she made the drinks for them. she then took our order which wasn't totally out of the ordinary, coffee with 3 creams on the side, black coffee, 2 sandwiches one without cheese n 4 doughnuts. she required repeat x2 of order. our order came up, with cheese, cook apologized, because cashier didn't specify no cheese. we waited for the rest of the order but then had to remind cashier, who at that point was taking other orders that we didn't get the coffees or doughnuts. she got the coffees, alot cream added. n then asked what doughnuts we ordered. finally recd them with the excuse that it had been a long morning n she had been up since 4am, which we had heard her tell other customers too. also they were out of a lot of doughnuts today. I love dunkin but don't know if I'll go back to this location, probably not. the bacon, egg bagel was good, the sausage, egg croissant so so.

I ordered half dozen mixed donuts. Got to the window and the was a advertisement stating discount to 1st responders. I told her I had a military card could I get a discount. She looked at me and said No, the military is not important as the 1st responders are..and shut the window.. thats fine that there is not a military discount...but please don't tell me that the military is not important

Rude baristas, just sat around talking the entire time. I ordered a iced peppermint mocha latte and they gave me an iced coffee with a pump of peppermint in it, i said it looked funny and asked if that was a latte, they said yes and I drove off to find out it wasn't. They then charged me $2 more to get my latte, I let it go and then drove away again to find that my sourdough sandwich is undercooked and my drink is still wrong. Won't be visiting this location again.
