“When ordering at the drive-through window, it would be nice if the order taker didn’t say “Anything else” after each item before you have time to add on the second or third item. Poor service makes you feel rushed to make your order. The donuts, however, were fresh! Coffe spot on“
“I visited this location for the first time this morning as I'm new to the Jackson area I was sent to Jackson for work purposes and this location was close to my job. I ordered online and when I walked in as a 1st timer to this location immediately I guess she was a manager she had a long blonde pony tail and immediately said Good Morning Ms. Traci, me clearly thinking wow how'd she know I was Traci, I've never been here before. The staff was very nice and greeted and thank me for my visit. This is by far the best Dunkin Ive visited all are great. But this location is top tier. Thank you guys especially for my delicious midnight coffee, keep up the good work!!!“
