I visited this location for the first time this morning as I'm new to the Jackson area I was sent to Jackson for work purposes and this location was close to my job. I ordered online and when I walked in as a 1st timer to this location immediately I guess she was a manager she had a long blonde pony tail and immediately said Good Morning Ms. Traci, me clearly thinking wow how'd she know I was Traci, I've never been here before. Im not one to complain, but almost every time I come to this location, my coffee isn’t filled up all the way. Like missing a decent amount. The last two times i’ve come, my sandwich has still been cold like it hadn’t defrosted all the way in the warmer.
