“Man I went through the drive thru a young man saw me struggling with my bank app trying to pay I needed around 3 dollars and couldn’t load it this young boy paid it I was so grateful.i was able to unlock my card and about to pay he had told me he had paid it which I didn’t want him to do but I’m very grateful bc I was in a rush to the hospital his name I don’t know I passed around 8 and he had a head band . We need people like him“
“The young ladies that work here are very pleasant to talk to. Great customer service. This is how to treat your customers! They could teach a customer service class! Great you when you walk through the door and very pleasantly took my order. Appeared to enjoy their work.“

Still, this place is cozy, tucked away on a prominent but relaxed spot on Bass Road. Give them a try if you need a warming drink this winter! (They have iced drinks for summer, too!)“

“Oh my goodness!! THIS LOCATION IS AMAZING!! When the employees took over Tom Hill location and refused to serve me, I had to find another store to get my frozen espressos. This is the place! The second shift crew are SO kind and the coffee is right every time. I never noticed how poorly the drinks were being made at other locations until I frequented the Forsyth Rd. store. It is always clean and the staff is exceptional….
