First time. Coffee was great. Second time, got coffee and bfast wrap, both were cold. Bfast sand was wet and mushy. Third time, only person in drive thru, no other cars in lot. Ordered coffee, they got order wrong then had to wait 10 mins to get my coffee. Drove away, took a sip, it was ice cold. Great location but so far they are doing a terrible job. So sad.
It’s pretty hit or miss with this location. Either their cold brew is too weak, they put too much ice when the ticket shows less ice, and when asked to fix it some of them seem to have an issue. . I go to the Forsyth rd location more often and I love the staff there. I love Dunkin but not this location.

The girl at the window didn’t greet me, just asked what my name was and handed me the order for the car behind me and closed the window and walked away. Had to wait for someone to come back to the window, a different girl comes to the window and I explain I received the wrong order, then have to wait 5 more minutes for my drink because they didn’t know where it was. First time at this location but I probably won’t return.
