We Always make sure that Ms.Marla is working or we do not stop she provides ALL her customers with the greatest ever customer service for a fast food restaurant. We make it up there weekly sometimes more.Food is always as ordered restaurant is spotless very clean and neat even down to the condiment counter.Wish there were more places in the area as well ran as this Guthries on Veteran's Parkway.
Meridian Idaho location was incredibly delicious and friendly!
Extremely poor service every subfloor time .
Wait time in drive through at Germantown Parkway location in Cordova Tennessee is always min wait time 20 minutes !
The food is good but not worth it anymore . Someone needs to fire this manager

Guthrie’s on Veteran's Parkway is always super clean and organized. The food is always great, and the fried chicken tenders are the best in Columbus, Georgia. The sweet tea is so good. The customer service is wonderful and off the chain. Eddie was friendly, helpful, and professional, going above and beyond. Caleb and Makayla are a joy to see in the drive thru. Marla is always full of hospitality and provides the greatest ever customer service. Manager Bri has a fantastic attitude and demeanor. The restaurant is spotless, very clean and neat, even down to the condiment counter. Food is always as ordered.
