The young lady who assisted the customer was polite and very knowledgeable. The food purchased was overall very good, but the onions and peppers on one of the sandwiches were too large to be really enjoyable. The steak was excellent.

Kira, the manager, and her team at the Jersey Mike's in Columbus, GA, were absolutely outstanding in preparing 25 sandwiches for a college softball team during their tournament. From start to finish, they made the process seamless, with each sandwich labeled with the player's name and every detail right.

The Jersey Mike's location was very careful with the customer's gluten-free bread. They wiped down all the cutting and prepping places, changed their gloves if they touched something that was possibly contaminated with gluten, and did not even touch the cash register with the same gloves they used to make the sandwich. The customer was thoroughly impressed by the restaurant's attention to dietary restrictions.
