Outstanding Service for Our Team’s Large Order
Kira, the manager, and her team at Jersey Mike’s in Columbus, GA, were absolutely outstanding in preparing 25 sandwiches for my daughter’s college softball team during their tournament. I went into this store around 1:30 pm on May 23. There were 3 people I could see working. One man making the pick-up orders. Woman did not even look at me, just walked into the back room. After about 5 minutes, she walks out with someone else, talking away, brought out rolls. Both then just walked to the backroom.
Totally rude, never asked what I wanted, never acknowledged my presence. Doubt I will go back to this one.
This location is short staffed but still working their butts off! Thank you to the employees for continuing to work so hard. I ordered my pick up order online and when I went to pick it up the lobby was full of people waiting with only 3 employees working non-stop to get orders out. I actually felt so bad because I didn’t realize how backed up they were when I ordered online. I just wanted to let y’all know- y’all are appreciated!!!

The Jersey Mike's location was very careful with the customer's gluten-free bread. They wiped down all the cutting and prepping places, changed their gloves if they touched something that was possibly contaminated with gluten, and did not even touch the cash register with the same gloves they used to make the sandwich. The customer was thoroughly impressed by the restaurant's attention to dietary restrictions.
