“The service is second to none of the other Mexican Restaurants in Columbus. We eat there at least once a week, and the owner always comes by to make sure everything is perfect. If I could give them ten stars, I would! Awesome people, awesome food. You definitely won’t be disappointed eating at Don Chucho’s.“

“I decided to eat alone for lunch while traveling through Columbus, GA. Went towards the mall and saw this stand-alone place, and decided to give it a try.
I was seated immediately and handed a worn-out menu (pic below). It was a nice place with stone decor and small flags flying everywhere. Like going down the streets of Pamplona.
The chips and salsa were average at best. Needed some salt for taste.
The server took my order in a timely manner, and visited my table regularly. He was very friendly.
I ordered the burrito fajita. While it had more tomatoes and onions than what I like (personal taste!), it was overall very good. I highly recommend it!!
The restroom was clean and stocked.

“I visited once and the food was decent. I ordered 2 chicken tacos and a chicken burrito. The tacos had seasoned chicken pieces with cilantro sprinkled on top in a soft corn tortilla with cucumbers, radishes, and lime served on the side. It also came with a spicy orange sauce. The tacos were ok. Not bad, but left me wanting more. The burrito was a little disappointing. It wasn't wrapped tight so it quickly fell apart. The flavor was good but i didn't see/taste any chicken until i got to the end. The green sauce that came with it was delicious though. I took my food to-go but they have an outdoor seating area. I will likely try this spot again and eat on site...maybe the burrito will hold up better if I eat it immediately. Lastly, their card payment machine was a little wonky. It had difficulties with maintaining service. Not their fault, but i recommend taking cash just in case.

Parking: I parked on the street. There was no indication of where would be best to park.“

“First time dining with them last night. It was actually take out. The food was delicious. The birria tacos were the best we’ve ever had. My 8 year old had become picky and said this was the best food she’s had. We will definitely go again and dine in next time. Looking forward to exploring their menu.“

“I go here frequently. It’s my favorite restaurant in town. The food is always great. I usually get Tex Mex Al pastor tacos (I add grilled veggies and onions and a cup of red salsa for that extra flavor) or I get the same deal but nacho fries instead of tacos. There have been a few mess ups, but it’s always fixed and with how delicious it is I just can’t help but come back. Shoot, even the mess ups taste good. I wish I could hire you guys as my personal chefs.“

The Chile relleno received high praise from my husband, while I personally enjoyed the flavorful fajita tacos. Despite the change in serving method, the cleanliness of the restaurant and reasonable prices make it a worthwhile visit. We'll definitely be returning for more delicious meals!“

“One of the best tacos I have ever had. Tonight was the first night I went here. I didn't know exactly what to get. So the young lady and the chef 🙏🏾 help me pick out four different tacos. I had the Birria, shrimp, &1 beef 1 pork tacos.🤤🤤🤤🤤. Hands down these tacos was so freaking good. Let's not talk about the tortilla☺️☺️ so authentic I want more. Trust me I'll be back. “Go to the back of the grocery store and you will find a gem of delicious Mexican food! The carne asada and carnitas tacos were incredible! Definitely the best around and outside the Fort Moore gate. I had a refreshing jamaica agua fresca and my friend had a yummy filling quesadilla with beans and rice. Super authentic food. Extremely sweet and nice service; they were so attentive and friendly!
