“Guess they was short staff , long wait man in front of me was yelling at all the employees holding up the line , and they definitely handled it better then me I felt so bad for them some people forget fast food workers are people as well , some people have good days and some people have bad !“
“First off, I haven’t had Popeyes in years! I wanted to switch up from having burgers and figured why not. I took a chance on the 6 pc ghost pepper wing dinner w/ fries and a biscuit. Let me tell you, when I took my first bite out of that piece of chicken , the crunch was soo on point, I went into a trance lol! The crispy crunch is so good! It’s not spicy like I imagined, just some sauceless fried chicken wings, but all the same banging! Baby when I bit into that buttermilk biscuit, I said yessss indeed! That Louisiana came out of me honey! Solid 10/10 and the customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced here locally! ?“
“Got to go from here today in the drive through and one of the orders was wrong. Quick service polite staff. Good sweet tea.They were out of corn, green beans, and coleslaw. Was parked to wait for chicken fingers after waiting 25 minutes was told that the batch of chicken fingers I was waiting for had been given to of the people in the drive thru line and a new batch was being cooked. The chicken tasted burnt like the grease was burnt. Food was horrible and management didn't even handle the issues themselves but sent a young girl to handle it. She was extremely polite and very sorry for the situation. After getting home and the chicken being burnt and spicy instead of mild it will be a long time before info back there.“
“I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo today.I must say that this is the best Chicken Sandwich I ever had!The Side of Cajun Rice comes in a small Bowl and it was not even half full!The Rice looked a little lost in there.I am not expecting overly filled up Portions but at least add a decent Portion where I don’t see the Bottom.“
“I like Popeyes especially when I get what I want. I enjoy dirty rice and red beans together. Unfortunately this the young lady told me we don't do that. Of all my visits, this was my first no. You can Thank Tonya McCall in Thomasville ga for spoiling me.“
