“I went to Popeye's on Hwy 80 on Monday. I ordered a leg, wing, and wanted some macaroni. I was told very sternly that I can't just order that and that it would need to be a meal which would have a biscuit. I asked could we leave the biscuit off and was told that it was free, but that it would could with my food. No problem! I got to the window and I slipped up and asked for a cup of water, offering to pay if there was a charge, and you would have thought that I cursed or something. The young lady rolled her eyes so hard that they could have fallen out of her head. She proceeded to give me the water, but with no receipt after I paid for my order. Rude doesn't really sum up the attitudes of some of these people. I truly believe that when it starts coming down to customer service alone, as to whether businesses get customers... this Popeyes will be out of business. This young lady REALLY needs to get it together. Despite this, my food hot, order correct, and the young lady did give me napkins and needed condiments, so it wasn't all bad!“
