Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Reviews
The worst one probably in the US, the preparation people are all over it, the old dude cooking is the cause of all the problems with this place. waited for 30 min for a 16 piece, two other family waited even longer.
I went to Popeye's on Hwy 80 on Monday. I ordered a leg, wing, and wanted some macaroni. I was told very sternly that I can't just order that and that it would need to be a meal which would have a biscuit. I asked could we leave the biscuit off and was told that it was free, but that it would could with my food. No problem! I got to the window and I slipped up and asked for a cup of water, offering to pay if there was a charge, and you would have thought that I cursed or something....read full review
Went to Popeyes and they came out and said they had no chicken. Went up there’s today, all workers were smoking out the back door. They had only 1 thigh and I substituted for a wing. Chicken was fried so long it was tough and I could not eat it. All orders previously here have always been missing items. Only way to get order right is to go inside and check it yourself. We will not be going back to this Popeye’s

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen offers a mix of hot and warm food, with some inconsistencies in quality. While the chicken pieces are sometimes small, the Cajun Fries are hot by request. The Red Beans and Rice can be overly rice-heavy and stale. On the other hand, the biscuits are reportedly good. Some staff members, like a young lady who served a customer, can be rude and unfriendly, but others, such as Treasure and Quan, provide excellent customer service, making the dining experience pleasant. The drive-thru service has improved with a working card reader and quick, friendly service. The dining room appears rarely used, with only a few booths and bar top seating, and the large corner booth often piled with posters. Despite some issues, Popeyes remains a popular fast food option, especially with fans of the Cajun Fries and biscuits.
