I had a Fiesta omelet, raisin toast, sausage, grits and coffee. The food was delicious. Omelet cooked to perfection, not runny, cheese melted, just enough jalapeños to be enjoyed to eat. Grits, smooth not creamy nor were they a clump seasoned just right. Sausage not overly cooked, very good flavor. Raisin toast toasted medium not hard, just enough butter. Parking lot was packed. Five of us went in for breakfast, and we were seated after a short wait. Service was quick, food was good, and we left with a favorable opinion of our experience.
We've been to several waffle houses and this is the best one yet, and we've been to several over the years, the waffles were so light & fluffy and taste like grand mothers cooking but not only the waffle,all of their food was great, and the employees are awesome on the day shift around 12:30-1:00p.m. They had their inspection sheet hanging and it said, 100A+ and it shows.
