“When I say I have never been to a Waffle House that has 4 stars. The staff was amazing the food was delicious Nicole was very nice and professional so sweet. I came down from Atlanta and I wish we had a good nice Waffle House. I will be back to this location.“

“This was the cleanest Waffle House I've ever been in. The staff, a great group of people that morning. They laughed and you can hear they like working together. Which makes the day go by fast and the work done. I love seeing that. Good ole team work! The food was really good, coffee was excellent. It's the Waffle House! This is my 4th time visiting one in my entire life and I must say this was my best experience at this location. It was really clean! This location is Macon Rd, Columbus, Georgia across from the Comfort Inn. They were quick with serving us. Our Waitress, I don't remember her name. African American woman maybe early 60's with glasses. She was really, really nice and catering to us, she made me her special water. “It was a beautiful chaotic symphony. Clanging pots & pans, a sweet choreography of cooks and servers. Food- delicious and fast. I would have stayed to watch longer but there was a full house and a line... well done. You guys deserve an academy award.“
“My waitress was nice, and the Chef was on point, however they forgot to put the Chilli on my hashbrowns.Love Waffle House, my only gripe is they charge you extra for take out orders, perhaps for the utensils, I'm not sure their reasoning behind this, I'm only assuming that this is why.“
“10/10. Hands down, best Waffle House in the history of Waffle House. Stayed at the hotel next door, came over for breakfast. Picked this one just because of the such high reviews, never seen a location above 3 stars. Trust the reviews, this was the greatest experience. Food was cooked perfectly, fast, hot, and just greasy enough. Service was second to none! Waitresses were kind and welcoming, when our baby dropped her toy, they picked it up and washed it for us. A must visit if you are in the area, can’t speak highly enough!!!“
“I came in after my shift and wanted to grab some food to-go but when I came home and checked my food, the eggs werent fully cooked and it had egg shells in it. Also I wanted grits but they were also not fully cooked, it was watery and had a weird texture/taste. Other than that it was alright, I’m not a picky person and I was very hungry so I still ate it bc I know they were busy so I’m not upset. Great service though!“
“They usually mess up my order somehow, however my order is usually a little weird so I guess that's to be expected. I'm pretty sure half of the servers don't know what dark roast coffee is. Other than that, I mean, it's Waffle House. Fast food, lots of protein.“
