“The people here are really friendly. The food is good, they arent free from mistakes but theyre willing to fix their errors, just let them know. Honestly my favorite spot to go to in the area, much better than mcdonalds or arbys or wendys which are nearby. Jukebox! It gets a bit busy when theres events in town, but its good vibes here.“
“I have been to every waffle house in lagrange, Hogansville. Not one of them beat the waffle house on Lafayette parkway. Every person that works there always goes above and beyond to give customers the best service. Thank you to all the staff you are the best!“
“Our waitress was the black woman. She had to serve 4 booths with 2 people in them and 2 people in single chairs. Then she had to help make food, clean dishes, refill drinks, remake coffee. Doing all of this while the other two white female employees sat in the back talking and laughing. She couldn’t even serve us properly because they forced her to do ALL the work. They say racism is over but apparently at the Waffle House at New Franklin Road in LaGrange, Georgia, it’s ALIVE AND WELL. I saw no other reason for why they treated the lady like that and made her do all the work for the hour and 30 minutes my Aunt and I sat to eat there. PLEASE DO BETTER WAFFLE HOUSE!!

“Service 4 out of 5, the waitress was the Only one working tables. Her service was actually really excellent even with running like crazy. She was also Darn Snazzy looking too😋
Restaurant and tables were actually Clean as was the restroom.

“I usually don’t go into Waffle House expecting much, but this visit truly exceeded my expectations! Our server—Jamie, I believe—was absolutely phenomenal. I was in a rough mood when I arrived, but her warm smile and exceptional service completely turned my day around. She brought such a positive attitude that was impossible to miss. “We went to this Waffle House on the way out of The Great Wolf Lodge and upon entering we were greeted by the kindest man named Warren, there was a small wait to be seated- he offered to get us from the car when a table became available, this was helpful because we have a 2 month old in a car seat and it saved us some hassle going in and out! He made the atmosphere so pleasing. He was helpful to our family even after he seated us bringing us Splenda and creamer for our coffee ! He was so kind to everyone even helping another family who had left their car door open upon entering the Waffle House, he approached them to let them know and even offered to go out to close it for them! He went above and beyond for every customer in the store, it was so nice to see someone so genuine :) definitely the best experience I have had at any Waffle House ever. I had to make sure to leave a review to praise him. Thanks Warren!“
