Waffle House offers a simple menu with basic meals, known for its excellent service. Customers frequently visit and enjoy the consistently high-quality food and quick problem resolution. The toast and scrambled eggs are popular choices. The location is busy, and there may be waits for a table or sitting at the counter, depending on the time of visit. While the service is mostly good, some customers have noted that it can vary based on the staff. A few have reported less favorable experiences with certain dishes, such as steak and grits. However, many have had positive experiences, like enjoying the Cheesesteak Hashbrown bowl and the Fiesta Omelet with egg whites, which exceeded their expectations. The management staff has also been mentioned in reviews, with some concerns about how they treat employees in front of customers. Overall, Waffle House remains a favored spot for many, including those who once were not fans.
