This location has super convenient access from I-85 and is a great choice for those traveling thru LaGrange. I give the staff extra kudos as I stopped to grab a quick bite to go while traveling on Thanksgiving Eve 2019 and had the misfortune of my dog stepping on my key fob and locking herself in the car along with my cell phone, purse and keys. The team at this Arby's went above and beyond the call of duty by allowing me to use a personal cell phone to call roadside assistance...read full review

Arby's serves high-quality roast beef sandwiches, considered the best by many customers. The restaurant offers a convenient dining experience, with accessible parking and wheelchair-friendly facilities. Their popular "five regular roast beef sandwiches for $5.00 after 5 pm" deal provides good value, although some customers have noted inconsistencies in the sandwich preparation. The Bourbon BBQ sliders have received criticism for lacking expected toppings. However, the beef and cheddar has been a long-time favorite for many diners, consistently delivering great flavor.
The employees at this store are known for their friendliness and willingness to help, always greeting customers with smiles. The restaurant maintains a clean atmosphere, making it a pleasant fast food dining experience. Special requests are handled correctly, and food is presented quickly. Many customers have praised the fresh crinkly fries and the new market fresh peach lemonade, with some even suggesting it could compete with drinks from high-end coffee shops. Overall, Arby's is a satisfying option for roast beef lovers and provides a refreshing place to relax and enjoy a meal.
