“Great service at this Wingstop location! Shanice with Doordash failed to deliver our order to the correct address. She also refused to tell us the exact location where she left it. Needless to say, we were furious and shocked that something like this could happen…and hungry. Doordash would only refund the delivery fee but not what was paid for the food itself. We went up to Wingstop and told them what happened. They remade our food at no additional charge. It was super fresh AND they even threw in a brownie for my daughter and me. I was so grateful, I almost cried. Thank y’all again, Wingstop on Weems! ??“
“We dined in as a family of five and everything was great! We had a stroller and it is limited seating and pretty tight. However, everyone was very nice and most orders are to go so there was no issue with our stroller. Service was great and the employees were all friendly. The food was delicious. The wings were just right especially the dry rub lemon pepper wings. Our kids loved the sandwich and tenders. This location is very busy with to go orders as well as online orders, but they did a great job with timing for those waiting/also dining in.“
