On arrival the place was extremely busy, drive thru was backed up and so I went in to discover the same inside. Although everyone was actively working I'd imagine keeping up with the orders from kitchen probably was more of the issue. Front counter Kialeeana was on the ball, working consistently and not expressing her frustration as I'm sure it had to be. Her kindness and time management was well noticed and certainly commendable. Great job! She kept up with packing...

Ordered thru the app. Picked up between 9:15 and 9:30ish. 2 problems. 1st-Got home and there was no meat at all on my cobb salad. Asked for grilled chicken and there should have been bacon as well. Had a plain salad that was warm. Lettuce, eggs, tomatoes, cuc’s, everything was warm, not chilled and NO meat. They were closing by the time I got home with the food and saw this. Called store today and left message. Will see if someone calls me back. Unexceptable!

Building completely remodeled and it already looks dirty and poorly cared for. Sticky, dirty floors, andctrash everywhere. Just like before the remodel, staff seems to be uninterested in cleaning the dining room regularly or we'll. No towels in the bathroom and dirty there as well. Poorly managed.
