We just placed an order for over 40.00 for 2 Ranch and bacon combos and didn’t receive our cups of cheddar. They charged us 40.00 for to combos and didn’t even receive what what we ordered. Then had to get pulled on the side and wait and still didn’t get what we ordered . People work to hard for there money to get ripped off.

My little sister has just passed away today at 1pm. I'm traveling to N.C. in order to assist with my little sister's burial. On my way there, I decided to get something to eat from Arby's in Commerce, GA. No one spoke or acknowledged my presence when I came into the restaurant. I stood for about a one minute until a polite young man helped me. I specially ordered a half pound roast beef sandwich with extra mayo, two slices of Swiss, lettuce, and extra onions. The young man was nice and tried to be helpful, however not as knowledgeable as the others working there when it came to the register. When I received my sandwich, I was missing one slice of cheese and only had two slices of onion. I alerted someone that my order wasn't correct. When the cook in the back was informed of this, he took two of the SMALLEST pieces of onions, a slice of cheese, threw them in the box and flipped it over. Another employee watched him do this and brought the box to me. I opened it and the employee saw my facial expression and immediately knew that what the cook did wasn't right and offered to get me some more onions. This was order #231 Station K01 4:08pm. I'm not going to eat this sandwich because now I'm thinking that something was done to it. Not satisfied at all.

Member of arbys.com they saying coupons to me all the time. Tried to use it here and was told they don't honor corporate coupons their management won't let them. While wondering what to do notice they have a Department of Health score in the Drive-Thru of 86 ?! Thank you for making my decision for me
Girls running place were very ugly because we came inside 30 min before dining room closed and they still had drive thru to.keep open late

They forgot to put the dipping sauce for the jalapeño poppers in my bag. I can't eat them without the sauce so I called the restaurant to see if I could bring them back for a refund later because I was on my way to work. I was not given a receipt so the manager told me if I couldn't come back right then there was nothing she could do. My husband called me when he gets home to tell me they gave him the wrong sandwich. It has cheese all over it, he can't eat dairy so that's more money wasted. The manager was NO help and very rude. I was the only car in the drive thru so they weren't busy they just didn't pay attention. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Went by at 9:45 and was told they were out of beef. At a place where it’s all about the meats and they don’t have the meat they are most known for? Nahhh
