Waited so long in the drive thru that I literally called to ask them if something was wrong. It took me over thirty minutes to go through the drive thru only to have my food crappy. I mean how does someone burn food but it still be cold to taste? I will not be going back to that location
May 22 2022- waited an hour along with many others but the employees refused to acknowledge all of us trying to place an order. none of the kiosk worked and they wouldn't take our orders. alot of us ended up at Wendy's- laughing at how bad Sonic is. Does the owner know or care how much money his crew lost that day?
