We ordered our pizza to the window and they did not come to the window. We tried honking the horn and sat there for a few minutes and then just went inside. We got stuffed crust but it was barely stuffed the pizza was good though.

My online ordering and curbside service experience was poor. I was told after placing my order that it would be ready in 16 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes after ordering and had to wait over an hour to get my order and after asking two different drivers to see if my order was ready. The system is a lie. And does not properly take into account what is happening in the store. The truth may lose customers but at least you'd decide to wait because you want nothing else. Some may not want to choose another option. Others may want a faster option.

I ordered 3 pies and while the service was ok, the person helping me was friendly the place was a bit messy. I’m not sure if it was because she didn’t have much help or what but the work station wasn’t clean. Then, my pies looked as if someone with no care made them. There were barely any toppings on the pizza. I also ordered a stuffed crust and it wasn’t bad but when you order 4 toppings and the pizza has scraps on it I was upset considering the price I paid for it. I wouldn’t personally go back to this location.

I placed my order for 19 pizzas and 120 something wings yesterday. They were supposed to be picked up at 1:45. I showed up at 1:50 and no one was even in there cooking. I had to call out for someone. They had not even started the pizzas. I have to be at work in 10 minutes And he told me to give him until 205. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. $300 worth of pizza and I cannot even get it on time?!! I called this morning to confirm they have the order so I can make sure this would go out on time. I’m sitting in my car in the hot sun waiting on pizza— definitely going to be late for work!

My order was completely was incorrect. Do they ever read the orders before preparing it for customers. And they keep you on hold for 1/2 hour to speak to someone. Or no one answer the calls. I spent too much money on my order. They need to be closed down.

Had a wonderful time at this dominoes in comparison to others in the area staff was incredibly warm Nathan the general manager was also very helpful in explaining items & showing off his certified badges, definitely recommended.

Ordered carry out 2 weeks ago for the first time from this location. I ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas, stuffed cheese bread, and parmesean bites. After getting home, I noticed the "large pizzas" was medium and the parmesean bites were soaked in butter/grease. I put in a complaint. This location called ME and told me they were adding the mess up to my credits. I accepted and moved on. Yesterday I called to see where the credits are and they don't have any for me. I explained the situation and talked to someone named Nathan. He told me he was putting it into the system. Today I wanted to use them. When I called, the person who answered said I had no credits. I explained that Nathan told me to let them know he put them in. After being on hold for 10 mins someone came to the phone and told me it would be ready in 15 mins. I came and picked up my pizza. (I will add, not ONE person was wearing gloves while touching all the toppings). I got close to home and decided to look in the box. Same issue. Both pizzas look medium and the parmesean bites soaked in grease. (I have pictures if it let's me upload them). I will not be returning to this location again. I will accept the loss. I just wish I would have gotten my money back. This was not worth all the trouble.
