How dose your food take 2 hrs to deliver and as I write this review I still don’t have my 2 pizza and order of wings ? I get Friday nights are probably busy but 2 hrs ? I order at 8 pm as I type it’s 10;28 pm . Just disappointing

Besides the pizza being cold after arriving 42 mins late (according to prep tracker), after waiting on hold for upwards of 45 minutes, I finally got in touch with the franchise owner who was immediately defensive and told me that what I was telling her was impossible bc of what she saw on her records. My records, however (phone calls, confirmation emails and progress texts), confirm my issue. I was very disappointed with how the owner handled the phone call. A “complimentary” small pizza was offered and rejected as a resolution to the issue.

The owner of this franchise is absolutely disgusting. We ordered 2 pizzas, garlic knots and cinnamon bites. The pizza was an hour late per their tool of the “pizza tracker. When the driver finally arrived we asked him to check is everything was correct and he ran back to the car as soon as he handed over the pizzas. The pizzas were cold, garlic “knots” are actually 6 little 1 inch bites. The service is even worse. We called and had to wait 30 minutes just to speak to someone. We got to someone who claimed to be the owner of the franchise. The owner decided to cut us off after every word. When we were discussing with her that our pizza was an hour late and cold, she blamed corporate and said our pizza tracker online was off by 5 minutes so it was incorrect. It made no sense and she was very rude. Even if the tracker was off, how is it cold? And how is it corporate’s fault? OH, did I mention we are only 8 minutes away from this location? Literally 2.6 miles away. Why is it cold? Terrible excuse of an owner and taking any responsibility for the failure of our order. When she finally stopped to listen to our complaint, she offered no apology just to give us a credit for a small pizza for next time. I will never order from here again.

An error was made over the past weekend with our order, so I came in today and Moni made sure we got exactly what we initially ordered. I appreciate her understanding and willingness to rectify what wasn't done right. Thank you, Moni. We still love our local Dominos.

Placed an order today, online said 12 minutes to be ready. 1hour 20 minutes go by and my order is still not ready. worker just pulled my order when i came inside after having CURBSIDE DELIVERY. they just printed my order out as i told them my order and then tells me there’s 2 other orders infront of mine after waiting 1hour 20minutes. WORSE SERVICE EVER. NEED NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP

my card was double charged for an online order and was told to reach out to the Sheriff department. I thought the manager was joking but he was serious. lesson learned, i order from papa john's now. could have been a simple fix , f but management was inexperienced

This establishment is very unprofessional. I do not recommend ordering pizza from this location AT ALL!The employee’s at this location all have an aura that is not so pleasing to be around or even talk to. The customer service skills are poor and ineffective when dealing with customer concerns or requests.Do not order from this location after 10:00 pm because your order will either be cancelled or made to the least of your expectations.
