This establishment is very unprofessional. I do not recommend ordering pizza from this location AT ALL!The employee’s at this location all have an aura that is not so pleasing to be around or even talk to. The customer service skills are poor and ineffective when dealing with customer concerns or requests.Do not order from this location after 10:00 pm because your order will either be cancelled or made to the least of your expectations.
I ordered a large pizza with 5 toppings on 1/5/24 on a busy Friday night. Yes, I had to wait an hour for my food. The wait didn’t bother me due to I normally get a great pizza from this location except that night. I overheard a senior employee training new employee to not put so much cheese on the pizzas and when I finally looked at my pizza I was very disappointed.
