When i first walked in he gave me attitude and then followed up with god awful food. I ordered crispy wings (i asked twice) and got the soggiest piece of trash I’ve ever seen. Literally couldn’t even eat it, through the whole plate in the trash. A waste.

Staff is very disrespectful and the owner or the Older lady tries to talk over ppl .. I’ve witnessed this several of times .. The younger lady (her daughter) is very argumentative .. THEY CHARGE FOR EXTRA NAPKINS .. they only give yu 2 ketchup packets .. MAMA WINGS ND DELI across the street LITERALLY IS 100xs better and cheaper … Nd FASTER … best thing on the menu for Grub shack is yall ICE.. nd They charge for that smh

I order from here a couple times a month and the food has always been pretty good. Ordered on Saturday and there was a piece of plastic in my cheesesteak, like a tie from a package. Luckily, I saw it before I ate it, could have possibly choked. I just called to let them know, after the phone rang several times someone answered the phone “Hello”, when I asked if this was the Grub Shack they hung up. I called back and the phone just rang. I.will think twice before ordering again

I got the chicken Philly with wings this time, and as usual it was delicious. I think that I've had everything on their menu. It's fast and they will prepare the food to your desired taste.

I was a cashier at this place and honestly, there is nothing left of what it was before. All the food is changed and ugly, and the cashier, who is already an adult woman, goes into the kitchen to get the order while she grabs the money and when I get to get my order she yells, "Here!" I don't understand why she doesn't do the job of having the order ready. Definitely bad service.
