Today was the beginning of a special and they didn't do it right BUT- THEY HANDLED IT RIGHT!!! When I asked about the issue they were very apologetic and made it right. Their great attitude and customer service turned what could have been a bad experience into an opportunity to show they actually do care.
The Conyers KFC is a very clean & friendly place. Greeted us when we entered & service was quick. Dining room was neat & clean, only reason I gave a 4 was it was very cold in there. To b fair, it was 20's outside & the cooks probably had heat dwn , so they could stay in the kitchen. ? Definitely recommend this place, one of the top KFC I've been to. ?I do not recommend Snellville KFC, not friendly or helpful so we left & found Conyers So glad we did.
