Service has gotten better over past 6 months however they should check to be sure all cooks actually know how to cook a steak, they are getting worse and appear to be cooking as if they are cooking BURGERS on the grill!!!! 😯 Help!!! This use to be the place to go for a good steak...what happened??
Immediately upon entering, the smell of spoiled mop permeated this place. We should have took that as a signal to leave. Alexis, our sever did her best, but she was simply overwhelmed with tables to provide the minimum service. Party of 4, steak temps from medium to medium well done, all were undercooked. We sent them back and the manager who returned them got them mixed up. Steaks had zero flavor, zero. Steak sauce couldn’t save them. Bread arrived without a knife to cut or...
The hostess looked disheveled and kept scratching her hair. We see you. Even if your not handling my food, stop scratching. It smells like cornchips or feet. It's probably the carpet. When we were seated our waitress was a gentleman who was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. I will revisit this location again because of the service I received while being seated.
