The first time I went to this place the wings were seasoned just right. However, I will say that both times I went the wings were small. I love small wings. Now, the second time I had their wings, they were overly salty & the veggie fried rice wasn't good. Overall, the service was decent. It's not a place to sit down at its just really to-go.

I ORDERED THROUGH DOORDASH AS YALL CAN SEE IN THE 2ND PICTURE IS THE FOOD THAT I RECEIVED THE WING FLAVOR IS INCORRECT & THE FRIES NOR WINGS WERE COOKED CRISPY LIKE I ASKED THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL SHE HUNG UP IN MY FACE NOT ONCE BUT TWICE . I TOLD HER NUMEROUS OF TIMES THAT MY FOOD WAS PREPARED WRONG SHE STATED THAT IT WAS DOORDASH FAULT INSTEAD OF TAKING THE BLAME INSIDE OF THE RESTAURANT. This is what Iโm talking about. WNB factory didnโt disappoint me. 10 wings, 5 Cajun, 5 garlic parmesan and they gave me two dressings that I didnโt have to pay for and they have celery thatโs exactly clean.
The wings are super tiny and the owner (female) has horrible customer service. I will never visit this establishment again, Iโm willing to drive miles for good food and quality customer service.

My experience at this restaurant was not the best. First of all, they have pool tables with dust all over them that look like they have been there for years. That's got to be a health code violation but moving on. I ordered a simple 10 piece lemon pepper, nothing hard, right? Well, not for them. I get my food. The wings are hella small, barely any lemon pepper seasoning, and the chicken wasn't fully cooked. Oh, and how can I even get this far in my conversation without telling yall about the horrible customer service. ATTITUDES up to the ceiling in there. So my experience was actually pretty bad and I will be taking my business somewhere else and I suggest others do the same๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ.. not acceptable.

This was my first time trying this place after being referred here, and I'm not sure if I would go back or not. The wings were ok, not great, and not for the price. I'm a person where my eating experience starts from the health score to customer service and then the appearance of the place. The health scores was good customer service needs improvement the young ladies behind the counter let's just say could use some training then the appearance of the restaurant is subpar with what looks like storage visible to customers. Again, if you are looking for wings in Conyers, they could satisfy your craving.

Do not order wings from here. It is a hassle to pick them up. I ordered wings over the phone and paid for them over phone. My husband goes to pick them up and they are asking to see the card. Then when I say he doesn't have it. They say you can send a picture. Why should someone have to send a picture of there card over the phone to pick up an order. This is bad business and no one else invades peoples privacy asking to see there card. I'd give them a 0 if I could. And when I think of it this practice of making people show you their card to get their food is a form of racism. Mamas customer base is primarily black so as a black person to prove I purchased something I have to show you my debit or credit card. Let that sink in. If I order food online through doordash and the dasher picks it up he doesn't have to show a card to pick up the order to verify the person that ordered it is using their card. This is how I know what they are doing is targeting blacks.
