There was a problem with my order today but when I called back to the store they went out of their way to make it right. I was very pleased with how they corrected the situation.
I don’t understand why I have to have a minimum order of $20 to get home delivery. I pay $3 for home delivery plus usually tip my driver so why is a minimum order needed? I just want to order one pizza and get it delivered!!
New management, I stopped ordering from them because the quality dropped below pizza buffet's. So sad, when they first opened the pie was so good, you could have told me it was fresh from Chicago. Picked up pie today and it could have been from any local neighborhood pizza joint in Chicago.
