I visted the wing house today I ordered 10pc xtra crispy with fries ..I must say the food was nasty. My wings were not crispy it had a funny smell to it like they use the same oil to fry the fish so that was a no for me but the customer service was awesome .
The wings and fried rice were very good. The homemade lemonade and peach were delicious and the girls behind the counter were really sweet. Will definitely be back!
The food is good, but the customer service is horrible. The white lady who works there all the time is very rude. She doesn't greet customers, rarely speaks, and always seems to have a bad attitude. If you don't enjoy working with customers, you probably shouldn't be in customer service.
I do enjoy the food, so I'm going to give the Covington location a try. Hopefully the customer service there is much better.
