Rio's Italian Ice & Ice Cream

Tried for the first time at outlets in dawsonville ga. Service was top tier, and Italian ice was flavorful.

I absolutely love coming to rio’s Italian Ice! Not only are the icees and gelato always perfectly refreshing and delicious, but the customer service keeps me coming back. Every single time I walk in, I am met with a warm welcome. The young staff members are fantastic they always greet you with a genuine smile and are incredibly helpful when trying to decide between flavors.

So I just left there on June 11, 2018, nobody in there as usual, my second time coming bcuz I go to dentist right down the street, but this time instead of men it was women workn, I don’t understand why we are not friendly to customers, we always have an attitude for NO REASON, but I learned the hard way, when ur business suffer you learn but these young folks have not learned yet and these managers who hire these young mad folks gonna learn too. So anyway, when I asked to speak to a manager, there was no one but the only guy that was there stepped up so I told him we were not greeted when we came in and his excuse was THEY WERE STOCKN PRODUCTS, umm ok I understand but you suppose to greet when a customer walks in and stop to serve them, I can see if they were out of cups, but what piss me off was he sat there arguing with me when I know what I heard and one of the workers was doing cookies, turned around seen us and didn’t say NOTHN, that was the ultimate, I was done and never go back, it’s a lot of other businesses competing for peoples business and if I don’t feel I am valued. I WALKED OUT BUYING NOTHN. Don’t get so arrogant that you feel you don’t need business

The perfect place for a cold treat ! Customer service was great, the employees were sweet. They have a variety of ice cream and italian ice selection. Definitely will be coming back !

Came in here everyday last summer the workers were amazing came in today an expierenced rude/nasty attitudes it is not what you say but how you say things. I just wont be back sadly.

The service was good and the Italian ice was delicious and had a nice, smooth texture. They have a wide variety of flavors, and all of them taste like what is advertised. The pineapple ginger and sour patch especially were delicious.

I’m disgusted I had hair in my ice cream

Very friendly & inviting staff! In today's climate that is so very important to me. That was my very first visit, & I'm headed back there right now with my college student & my 4 yr old niece. We're from Philly so water ice is a big deal to us . I love this place !

I love this place very much. The owner is very nice and she is willing to let you sample as much as you want! (Be courteous when other customers are there) 10/10 recommend & they have a truck that will do private events. Try them out, you won’t regret it

It was delicious and the customer service was excellent! So many flavors to choose from omg....and the little girl, I think her name was Kaniya was so helpful, joyful, and had a good attitude the entire time. 10 out 10 experience.

Don't sleep on the tamarind & the pineapple ginger

When I entered, I was greeted warmly by the staff and instantly took note of the cleanliness of the establishment considering the number of people seated inside and to go orders. A young lady suggested the passionfruit and peach gelati, it was delicious and my family loved their orders. Suffice to say, we will be back and tell others about you all. Only suggestion is we'd love if nachos were available on the weekend.

Clearly, that wasn’t the issue. One of your female employees noticed the situation that was clearly not yet I was not standing by a table. I was standing in line waiting for my turn. I don’t know what I want every time I come in there, but that sounds good. thanks to the female employee saying have you been helped yet I had not and he clearly helped someone else
