Allows you to make mobile orders to pick up quickly in store, but when you arrive they make you wait in the long drive thru line even though your order is supposed to be ready. No way to cancel the order or anything if you’re in a hurry. Second time this has happened. Stop allowing mobile, in store pick up orders when you’re not going to open the inside of the location! Ended up waiting over 20 minutes in the car.
