There’s no reason a venti drink should have ice completely filled to the top. Constantly going back and forth with this location about this. Wasted money again for half of the drink I paid for. Clearly everyone needs training

I came to this location after the location on Hwy 138 in Conyers carelessly messed up my order to request my drink be re-made properly. There was a young lady at the register - I didn’t catch her name tag but she was pregnant with braces this day and she was so gentle about ringing up my order and she even took the time to make it herself! It is perfect! An upside down macchiato with salted caramel cold foam shouldn’t have been that hard to make. Shoutout to that young lady...
