Absolutely zero customer service! If you hate your job that bad get you a new one…I was excited to see I had beat the lunch crowd but now I can tell that a crowd there probably does not exist.
Placed a pickup order last night and upon opening my sandwich found a KNIFE. Called several times and when I finally got an answer the man claiming to be the manager. Called me a liar saying “ Na na wasn’t no knife in no sandwich. You can bring it back if it was” ( I will be going back today when there’s a manager there or at least someone who speaks proper English.)
