Employees need to be instructed on attitude and gratitude for customers. They are on their phones way to much and rolls eyes whenever a customer walks in or in drive thru.
I usually have only good things to say about the Cordele store but not tonight/ morning. I ordered online as well as paid & drove all the way to Cordele for absolutely nothing! Didn't bother bringing anything more than my license n cell. So can't even stop anywhere else to get anything.
Yall need to change your hours or at least turn off the ability to actually order n pay if your not open or just not cooking.
Sadly disappointed,

The McDonald's restaurant offers a quick and convenient dining experience for travelers. The staff is generally friendly and efficient, with the drive-thru service moving swiftly. However, customers should be aware that specialty items like coffee and smoothies may take longer to prepare. The standard menu items, such as the Quarter Pounder and fries, are served hot and fresh. While the prices may be slightly higher in some locations, McDonald's remains a reliable option for a satisfying meal on the go.
Customers have described the staff as polite, professional, and courteous, even when dealing with a busy rush of tourists. The restaurant is generally clean, and employees work hard to get orders correct and provide a pleasant experience, despite the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment. Although minor mistakes may occasionally occur, the staff is usually quick to address and resolve any issues. Overall, McDonald's provides a reliable and satisfying dining option for those on the go.
