Ordered at 4:55pm 4 Philly/wings combo with fries. About a dozen people had placed their order and gotten their food within 30 mins. Around 5:35 I went up to counter to ask about food and was told phillys took a while. If you did them in order, we wouldn’t have had to wait so long. Girl behind counter was very rude when we asked about our food and for requesting a refund. Also couldn’t get a straight answer as to get in touch with the manager. Tried calling in to place an order. Was placed on hold for over 15min whiling listening to other orders being taken as well as make and female cashiers goof around.
