I’m a regular at this location at least once a week. I waited in line for lunch. The person in front had four orders one was large, I didn’t mind. After placing my order I waited know my food should come after the large order (very hungry). Thinking I was next the person behind me LARGE order was called, no call in place at the counter. When I said I arrived before them the Manager, Lisa made a smart comment instead of apologizing. I was going to ignore it because I was working and hungry. Lisa proceeded to make another comment to the other employee as if I was the problem. By then I asked for my money back. She still didn’t try to make it right but asked if I was going to keep the drink and chips. I WILL DRIVE 15 miles to the Conyers location until they fix it. I live two miles away but will NEVER go back because LISA showed me who she really was. Bad customer NO SERVICE!!!!!

Normally love this Firehouse Sub; today I thought I’d try the Philly Cheesesteak! It was terrible!!! Meat wasn’t the best cut, wasn’t seasoned or grilled. Asked for no mustard on one, got no mustard on both. Sandwiches drenched in mayo couldn’t taste cheese.

Located in a plaza off Hwy 278. I recommend their New York Steamer. The Corned Beef Brisket is also good.Parking: Located in a plaza off Hwy 278. It’s a busy plaza there are also two other restaurants and businesses inside the plaza with a gas station on the side. Parking is some what hard to find.

Nice staff and my order was ready when I got there ??. Food is always good.
As soon as I came in, no one greeted me and I understood because they were busy, there was this employee skinny, with glasses and pretty tall with a beard, and asked me if I had a pick up, I said yes and the stated “next time you need to speak up because you’ll be standing there all day” excuse me? Aren’t y’all supposed to feel the costumer welcome as soon as they step in the door? I called back after I left, put me on hold multiple times but finally a manager answer and she listen to what I had to say and she was really nice but she did mentioned it wasn’t the first time he have done that, so y’all just letting it slide ? No consequences?

I went to firehouse for the first time because I'm allergic to gluten and they now offer the gluten free bun. The staff was more than helpful to assist me and they used clean utensils and changed their gloves to make sure there was no cross contamination which I appreciate as most restaurants become frustrated when I mention my allergy. I really appreciate their kindness and the sandwich was great !Dietary restrictions: Gluten allergy

Overall, this is a great firehouse location. I was immediately greeted. All the employees were friendly. The restaurant was clean. They are on par for what you expect from firehouse. My only complaint is that I requested olives on my sub and they were forgotten. Other than that, I would return. Personal preferences: #1 meatball, #2 beef and cheddar, #3 close tie between cajun chicken and hook and ladder.
