I placed an on line order early this morning and got the pu time wrong. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the manager on duty. I am so sorry that I didn’t get her name. She so graciously found my order and changed to time to the later one that I wanted. When I got there my order was hot, fresh and delicious. I will be back.
Tasty sandwiches
Great customer service. We will definitely be coming back soon

Firehouse Subs Exchange Shops is known for its excellent food, but a recent visit was a disappointment. The Italian sub was only "OK" and lacked its usual flavor. The new Chicken Parmesan Meatball was not well-received, with one reviewer saying the chicken tasted processed. Some sandwiches were also poorly prepared, with issues like incorrect condiments and underseasoned meat.
However, the New York Steamer and Corned Beef Brisket are recommended. Customers praise the super kind, professional, and very fast service provided by an employee named Isaac A. Reviewers mention his excellent attitude, personable and professional behavior, which made their experience even better. Additionally, a manager named Jamie was recognized for providing great customer service and professionalism in resolving an issue with salads.
While the food quality was inconsistent, the standout feature of this location seems to be the exceptional service from the staff.
