Wow! The time from order confirmation to delivery was 12 minutes!
15+ minutes and counting in the drive thru. Ridiculous. Ought to remove the franchise license. Got four guys working and 0 sandwiches moving. I thought Jimmy John’s was the fast sub place? Embarrassing.
I come to this store regularly but for some reason the bread is never ready when the store opens. I have had to wait multiple time till 11 30 to get my food. Today I seen around 10 customers turned away because the bread was not ready. Your business is loosing money!!!
