Little Caesars in Covington

“As always, I go to a restaurant several times before I leave any kind of review so that I can see how different crews work as well as different hours of the day, including if it is busy, morning, afternoon, or evening rush. This way, I keep my reviews as accurate as possible and I have to say that this Little Caesars location always has the best service, the staff is friendly even when they deal with difficult customers, and they always seemed genuinely happy to see you and talk with you as you wait for your order. They make sure to communicate, the store is clean, and everything comes out accurate, hot, and tasting perfect and fresh. If your order has been waiting for too long, they always offer to make it fresh for you so that the quality of this location service doesn't suffer and it shows regard to the customer for being willing to go through the extra work to get a good product. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy this location's pizza and service! Awesome job everyone!“

“Was starving when leaving a Christmas gathering and wanted something good but cheap. Usually Little Caesars is one of those places that is good enough for the price but nothing to celebrate over. I normally just order a regular pepperoni pizza and call it a day but I took the plunge and ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra sauce. After I ordered through the mobile app I headed over to the establishment thinking I was going to wait in my car for a while until my order was ready. Before I even got there I got the notification that my pizza was already in the portal ready for pick up. This is where I was weary that my order wasn't right. Usually things don't work out if I'm not having to wait, at least for me. I picked up my order and to my surprise everything looked perfect. I went home and ate some of the best Little Caesars pizza I had, had in a long while. Everything was hot and delicious and well worth the price I paid. Staff really hit the mark with this one.“

“Justin Batise is awesome! after I ordered a EMB pizza the night before, the night shift messed it up and gave a regular cheese pizza. So the very next day, I go in with the receipt, and Justin made it right. And man let me tell ya, it looked nothing like the crap that night shift gave me. I'm a big cheese pie type of guy, he made it right with no questions asked. And the best part when I pulled the pizza apart, looked just like the commercials. Soo kudos to you Justin , and thank you for your excellent customer service as well. I'll only go There when day shift is working from now on.“
