Hi, i just sat in the drivethru on 278 in covington for over 20 minutes. At 1031 they come and tell me they dont have anymore round eggs. And asked if i wanted folded eggs or refund. I asked for refund. She says i have to do it through the app, but they already served it AND TOOK MY MONEY so i cant get a refund through the app. Then i call your office and told that we can send you some coupons. 11/8/22 It took 18 minutes from the time we paid until we received our food. 6-10 other cars ordered after us and got their food before us. We didn’t order a lot or anything special. Extremely disappointed in the service at this restaurant. Not even sorry for your wait. Covington McDonalds is trash…
