“During a spur of the moment trip to Covington we had to make time for a meal at Mystic Grill. Our server Savannah was attentive and welcoming during the busy lunch rush. We can't wait to return to Covington and might make the two hour trip just for the Chicken Sliders at Mystic Grill, they were that good!“

“Great food and great prices. They were able to accommodate 22 of us plus an extra table for cake and flowers for my mom’s retirement lunch on a Saturday afternoon. GM Rick made sure that we had plenty of space and the best waiter! Victor is a long time server that I remember back from another restaurant so his experience is great. He assured me he had everything under control and was on top of things and that he did! He single handed waited on our table with only the assistance from the food runners, all while waiting other tables as well. I highly recommend this place but please leave me a table if I stop by and you’re having your party! 😜“

“Delicious carefully prepared sushi and very kind and obviously very caring staff. Might just be the best sushi in town that doesn't cost a small fortune. The food is served with care, and is piping hot and delicious.

This little restaurant is part of a full store, butcher shop, and money center.

“***UPDATE***I spoke to the manager on 12/14 who was amazing in how she handled everything when we spoke. I will definitely go back because of her. My daughter and I went in that evening and met with her and really enjoyed talking with her and hope the next time I go back, she is there. I give her store 5 stars. The other young lady who was a shift lead is now trained in refunds, which will definitely help in any future incidents.I went in 12/12/2023. I had an order around 515 or 530 for a pick-up at 815. I ordered their chicken tender special and a small peach cobbler. My order was not ready, and I had to wait at least 15 mins for my order. The girl with glasses at the register could care less if I or any other customer was in the store. She not only had a bad attitude but was also extremely rude and disrespectful. When my food did finally come out, I was missing my cobbler when I told her she said we are out of cobbler. We have brownies. I told her I wanted a refund, and she just walked off. At this point, I am now getting frustrated. I go to the counter bc she is in the back, and another young lady is at the register, who I was told was a manager. I explained to her I wanted a refund for the cobbler and she then goes to the back and she comes back and tells me I will have to call back and speak to a manager to get a refund. Come to find out there was no manager. In the meantime, my daughter overhears the rude cashier with the glasses talking about me to other customers in don't of other customers. My daughter told her she would recommend if she cares about her job that she not talk about her customers like that and her response was pssssh I don't care and walked to the back in which my daughter could see her back there running her mouth even more. This is not an employee I would have working any establishment I ran. I have never had to deal with this level of disrespect. I will be calling them today, and I did email corporate, which I have not gotten a response, which is why I posted a review.

“The buffalo chicken dip was good even with the stale chips. The pizza slice was repulsive. I don’t know what pizzas are getting 5 stars but Alcovy High School has y'all beat and those were pretty gross. However! Customer service was nice. I give this a 5/5 stars because I asked for a water to go and this dude with a pony tail came out and brought me my water… with… not a bird, not a plane, not a loogie, A LEMON!! THE LEMON OF LEGENDS! THE LEMON OF HEALTH. The nice squirt of a heavenly lemon juice into my water was just what I desired. More than the hug my father never gave me. Thanks for the lemon dude.“

“My sisters and I went around 2:30 on a Thursday afternoon. We order burgers fries ribs chicken tenders and potatoe soup. Everything was delicious but our waitress (Chilli) wouldn't let us eat in peace. She kept coming by the table picking up the paper from the straws and our napkins. She said she didn't want paper to fall on the floor and that she didnt want to sweep up behind us so that's why she was doing that, which was weird! Great food but strange waitress.“
