“Our party of 4 were served promptly and the food was delicious. Not a pretentious restaurant, just a down home bar and grill that serves unique dishes like shrimp and grits and salads with grilled tuna. If I ever get back to Covington I’ll make it a point to go there.“

“The vibe here is perfect! I had the dirty vegan Ramen with a spicy tuna crunch roll and a California crunch roll. AMAZINGGGGG
The sushi is made right infront of you and they don't skimp on anything! My 5-year-old devoured it allll! The Ramen was full of yummy goodness as well. Honestly so happy to have different options here in Covington.“

“First there tonight and loved it. If you want an inexpensive family-friendly place to go this is it. Kids are $.99 on Wednesdays for the all-you can eat pizza buffet. Staff is very friendly and keeps the food cooking!“

“Iv gone to the square my whole life and if have missed out on this amazing place! Some of the best food I have ever had! Staff was nice and the the place is clean and very nice! If you come to the covington square do not pass up this place!“

“We order a House Roll and Golden Roll. I’m a fan of cream cheese in the my roll, and the eel sauce was yummy. The tempura shrimp could have been a little more crunchy, but overall the rolls were good.
House Salad-Ginger dressing was delicious. Slightly creamy, a little tangy, and the lettuce was crisp.
Hibachi Chicken and steak- The mushrooms were a nice addition to the dish. The steak was slightly undercooked, but the staff was super friendly and got a better cook on it right away.
The atmosphere was a little glum, and there was a slightly odd smell near the soda fountain. Bathrooms were also clean.
Overall great service and we enjoyed the meal!“

“Friendly service and delicious food! Well priced tacos and you get a generous portion of protein. You order at the food counter and pay when you leave the store at the front cashier. An assortment of bottled drinks are available in store. There is seating available, but I could see it filling up during lunch hour.“

“Their food NEVER disappoints! The whole wings are well seasoned and fried to perfection. I very like the cheesesteak egg rolls. They are always friendly to their customers.
Parking: They stay busy but there is always parking available. And if it's not you can park at the Velero gas station and walk over.
Wheelchair accessibility: Low curb to the side of the store.“

“To the Owner, Manager, We love Johnny’s. However We just found out they are NOT serving our favorite Buffalo Chicken Dip anymore. That’s a real shame. Also, they are almost always out of oranges for our Blue Moon. Are we gonna have to find a new favorite place to eat?“

“Wonderful place!!! So much amazing food to choose from! We'll have to keep coming back here in order to try everything. And I always like to have ice cream after stuffing my belly, because it will melt and find it's way around everything I just ate. They didn't have soft serve, so I got a cup of strawberry ice cream from their freezer, tore off the container, put my ice cream face down, went over to the dessert that had a strawberry syrup and poured a dollop or two over it and it was amaing!“

This is something that comes from training and stressing the priority of customer service.
Food is important at a restaurant. Temperature, order accuracy and presentation make up the customer experience, alongside flavor and preparation. This location pairs impeccable timing with delicious and well-prepared food that arrives hot, visibly enticing and accurate to the requests of the customers. Our glasses never run empty, and our table waiters always make sure to keep our tables clear and presentable.
The restaurant grounds and tables are always clean, clear and presentable all day, which we know from visiting this location several times at different points in the day. Couple this with a vast menu hosting various options for various tastes, and spaces that support family gatherings, or even dates or small celebrations like my wife and I have had here, and you get one of the best restaurant options here in Covington!“

“Great people, great food!!
I’m one of those that sticks to a dish once I like it, and I’ll either get the Mongolian chicken with white rice or sweet-and-sour chicken. The Mongolian chicken sauce by itself is so good you could eat with rice alone. The breading on the sweet-and-sour chicken taste like a freshly made funnel cake at a carnival. Try it for yourself!

Any bad reviews are not telling the truth prices are indeed reasonable for home made food not that chain stuff. folks are wonderful.“
