“The Dairy Queen in Cumming is a great example of how well a restaurant can operate when the owners, management, and staff truly care about their business. From the moment you arrive, it’s clear that cleanliness is a priority—the restaurant itself is spotless, the parking area is well maintained, and the trash is managed and emptied regularly.
The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. The food is always fresh and delicious, and of course, the ice cream treats never disappoint.
I can’t say enough good things about this location. I don’t know the owners personally, but other restaurants could definitely learn from the high standards set here.“

“Gabby saved the day! I was sent on a mission to get an Oreo icecream cake for a birthday. The Keith bridge location didn’t have one in stock so I drove to the Cumming location, but their freezer was broken. No cakes at all. I drove back to Keith bridge to pick from the non-Oreo versions. Gabby saw me contemplating, asked if she could help, and volunteered to make an Oreo cake. Day saved. Thank you, Gabby.“
