I drive 2 miles past the mcdonalds by my house to come here. Patrik is very efficient and they forgot my nugs at the window which was fine because they actually didn't have terrible additudes
I stopped at the McDonald’s on Atlanta Highway and Peachtree Highway, and I have to give a shout-out to Rebecca at the drive-thru.
Honestly, the bar is usually pretty low for drive-thru experiences, but she really made me feel seen and taken care of. She was friendly, warm, and just excellent at her job.
That kind of service deserves to be recognized

My mom was a GM of a McDonald's and later on I was assistant manager at another one growing up tonight I have never ever been greeted as rudely at the drive-thru order box i got a go ahead as a greeting from a mr Brandon. Then when I get to the window he has attitude while taking my payment. I attribute this to lack of leadership cause at the pickup window was either the manager on duty or shift lead and his attitude was even worse. However, a recent incident at this particular McDonald's location has caused some concern. An entitled worker stormed out from the back, yelling threats at a co-worker and challenging them to a fight "out in the skreet." The co-worker, who handled the situation professionally by de-escalating the conflict, was commended for their calm and mature response. This incident, while isolated, has left some customers questioning the management's hiring practices and the overall professionalism of the staff.
Despite this incident, the overall dining experience at this McDonald's remains positive, with the food, service, and atmosphere continuing to meet the expectations set by the brand's mission statement to provide "delicious feel-good moments" for everyone.
