Serve hot fresh chicken instead of cold hard old chicken which has been sitting for hours im sure. Hot cole slaw with no dressing in it and spelled spoiled. The KFC on Dacula Rd is the WORST one ive ever been too. The drive thru is too slow and u can see/hear the kids playing inside. I am going back tomorrow for a REFUND. Chicken was disgusting and inedible.
They are slow. They mess up orders- something’s always missing. The food is mostly ok, but can be overpriced. There’s nothing more annoying than a cashier through the drive thru speaker, laughing and goofing off while you’re trying to place your order, after you’ve been sitting in line for 15 minutes. Fast food, I think not.
