This Chick-fil-A in Dahlonega truly lives up to the brand's reputation for exceptional service; the team was incredibly attentive and ensured our order was perfect. The dining area was spotless, and the chicken was fresh, hot, and delicious as always. It is easily one of the best quick-service spots in the North Georgia area for a reliable and friendly meal.

Long lines, got 3 chicken tenders when I ordered 4 unfortunately this is a common occurrence at this location they get my order wrong probably about 50% of the time I go here
This girl named Hannah was taking my order in the drive through and she was so sweet and patient, I look like a crazy person and I've had a rough morning, I was asking dumb questions and being slightly difficult but she was just as sweet as she could be. I hope she gets recognized for her patience. Also there was a kind man named Hugo that gave me my food, he was just so obviously a precious soul. Thank you God for Chickfila. these people really helped make my day better.

If I could give this Chic fil A in Dahlonega more than five stars I would. We recently lost our co-worker and friend and his memorial is tomorrow. I called to see if the store could help us in any way with food. They donated $250 worth of food and will deliver it to the funeral home for us. First I want to let Cameron Robinson know that the kindness he showed while I was trying to explain why I called set me at ease. He took my number and let me know he would take care of it and I would get a call today letting me know everything. He was professional, kind, and I appreciate him very much. Within 20 min Kasey Briton from marketing called me and she was absolutely wonderful. Her kindness, empathy, and professionalism made it easier for me to address such a difficult topic and helped me through the process of choosing food for the funeral. Thank you Chic fil la for giving back to your community and being the amazing company you are.
