I ordered 2 butter biscuits at the drive through window ,when I unwrapped the biscuit, butter ran out all in my lap. The biscuits had been SOAKED in butter.

We ordered 3 sundaes one of which was caramel and wet nuts. Didn't have any wet nuts. What we got was caramel and peanuts with extra salt! Looks like the peanut bag was at the end and was just dumped onto the sundae making it uneatable. Awful!! Breakfast biscuits are always good ,though

Did not receive senior discount we normally get. Person that waited on us at drive through stated they got in trouble the last time she gave 1o percent discount she got in trouble. Hard to believe her statement!

PAINFULLY slow service. Based on all the loud horseplay coming out of the kitchen, it seems quite obvious that their priorities are elsewhere.

Good in the morning and the afternoon, but the evening shift it's a whole different DQ with cold burgers, slow service, dirty tables/floor, and lots of idle employees socializing and little else. Updated this on 9-15-25 5:28 after my 5:00 m visit.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. In the few times I've stopped by this location, I've had an extremely disappointing experience. The food is always poorly made and never worth the prices. The employees were so rude and unprofessional. Clearly a lack of customer service training, I'd assume the manager is no better. To top it all off, this resturaunt is FILTHY! Not surprised at the low health inspection score. Hope to see them improve, but it seems unlikely. Needless to say I will not be back.

Ordered a 6 piece chicken strip box. Only got a 5 strips and this was one of them. The rest were also super thin compared to normal but this one made me lose my mind

I’m not usually one to post negative reviews, but if a restaurant feels unclean I feel like something should be done. This Dairy Queen feels disgusting and smells like a dirty bathroom. They got an 88 on their health inspection and I honestly feel like it should be a lower score than that…the tables were dirty, the windows were disgusting, and all of the napkin dispensers were dirty. If I was getting anything other than just ice cream I wouldn’t have gotten anything. I really hate posting negative reviews but I would love to see this location take its image and cleanliness seriously. Hopefully there’s improvements!

I stopped by this Dairy Queen for breakfast one morning and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I was charged for a drink that I never ordered, and my order wasn’t read back to me, so I didn’t catch the mistake until after I had paid. When I brought it to their attention and asked for a refund, I was told that refunds weren’t possible. The staff came across as unprofessional, and the overall experience lacked the standard of customer service I expected. I really hope this location improves in the future.
