Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I frequent DQ. Work ethics w employees is extremely and I repeat extremely unprofessional. One day, there was a big tube of hand lotion above the soft serve ice cream dispenser! Wish I would have taken a picture for proof! Employees eating chick Fil a while working drive thru! Another female standing behind Chik fil A employee salivating over her food and not giving her undivided attention to who needed to b waited on at the counter! Silly young teens and young adults who cannot put their cell phones away to do their job! DQ needs to retrain their employees so that the dahlonega which is popular to tourists stays that way! Yoga pants on big girls w shirts that do not cover their behinds is unprofessional! Food waiting to b bagged up and big A morning employees are just shooting the breeze w each other! Some employees only make $9 an hour!! This happens during breakfast lunch and dinner but could not select this and it’s for dine in take out and delivery!

An employee handed me a soggy drink tray which broke on me immediately and then they gave me an attitude when I asked them to replace the drinks and tray. Ice cream is not always served, sometimes you will be told it's too early or late for them to sell it.

Always good plus deserts.

The Dahlonega Dairy Queen is fantastic! The service is always friendly and efficient, and the food never disappoints. Their breakfast is especially great, always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

My biggest issue was with the lack of cleanliness. The servers were kind.

I love dairy queen. The service is great , really friendly and pleasant people working . It's a great fast food restaurant to eat at ! Any ice cream is delicious!!

Parking: The parking lot isn't very big , being dairy Queen is on the side of the road . The parking is about the length of the building .it's one row of parking ,and the drive through.

Food is always good, especially their flamethrower burger and Sauced and Tossed Chicke. As for night shift, Charlie is fantastic. He was very humble and showed excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate his team on a complicated order.

I was handed a wet, flimsy drink carrier for four milkshakes. I didn't want to be rude and complain so I tried to take it, but of course the carrier didn't even make it to the car. I politely asked for one of the drinks to be remade. Once the employee at the counter asked for the drink to be remade one of the female employees in the back made sure to scream and yell that I should be paying for the drink despite the fact that it was the damp drink carriers they were handing out that had caused the incident. I tried to be very patient as I know these are mostly high school kids, but I have had several negative experiences at this location in regards to poor customer service, damp napkins+food+carriers, dirty facilities, etc. It makes me concerned for the treatment of the employees as they appear to be chronically miserable and disheveled.

Not sure what’s happened to what used to be the best breakfast place in Dahl. If they actually remember to put all items from your order into the bag, it’s raw, covered in grease or simply incorrect.
We miss the A team at DQ. We will stop going for a bit & see if they can correct some issues.
Also, did they change the biscuits? My dad visited from Fl and asked the same question.

Friendly staff and clean environment. Food is consistently well prepared and delicious! The owner Mike is very generous in giving to community events especially when children are involved. If possible, would double my five star rating to a 10!

If you got the product on the menu you should have it in the store. Not wait makes my weight 15 minutes on a salad. And then you don't even have the lettuce to make the salad. That's pretty bad and then no even alcohol. Maybe a gift card for a dollar off baby next time. She comes in or something cause we're usually in there 2 or 3 times a week, but I guess you can forget it. Now we'll drive all the way to Cleveland before. I go back to the one in Toronto.
